Kid Rock Recently Opened A New Restaurant In Nashville
Kid Rock is already the owner of a popular Nashville honky tonk, which is appropriately named Kid Rock’s Big Honky Tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse.

Following the success of the honky tonk, the musician opened another restaurant, this time a fine dining experience with inspiration from his

The musician named this restaurant The Detroit Cowboy. It is located at 500 11th Avenue North, near the Capitol View neighborhood in downtown Nashville. He opened the restaurant with Joe Vicari, a Michigan restaurateur who revitalized the iconic Joe Muer Seafood restaurant in 2011.

The Detroit Cowboy will hold an invite-only Grand Opening event on Monday (June 3), despite the restaurant being open to the public for a month.

What’s On The Menu At The Detroit Cowboy?
While The Detroit Cowboy is a fine dining restaurant, Kid Rock promises it’s unlike a typical fine dining establishment.

In a press release, the “Picture” singer stated, “The Detroit Cowboy isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a culinary ride like no other, where like-minded folks who love this country can dine in style. Whether you wear a bow tie, a bolo tie, or no tie—it’s all good.”

The official slogan is, “Go where you’re celebrated, not tolerated,” which aligns with what Kid Rock is trying to cultivate. The restaurant has lunch and dinner menus with delectable items ranging from French onion soup to prime steak tartare to a long bone Tomahawk Ribeye.

Donald Trump Congratulates Kid Rock On His New Restaurant
Unsurprisingly, President Donald Trump and the rocker have a close relationship. In 2024, Kid Rock called Trump “one of my besties,” and the “All Summer Long” singer has visited the president in the White House.

He even coordinated a meeting with Bill Maher in the White House.

Taking to the social media app Truth Social, President Trump wrote, “Congratulations to my friend, Kid Rock (I call him Bob!), on the Grand Opening of his new Nashville restaurant, ‘The Detroit Cowboy.’”

Kid Rock, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, goes by Bob in social circles.

The president continued, “I hear it is a very friendly MAGA establishment, and look forward to going there sometime soon!”

The “Redneck Paradise” singer shared a screenshot of President Trump’s post and replied, “Thank you, Mr. President. Keep kickin’ ass for America, sir!”
